Article 1 (Purpose)

Standard Clause No. 10023

The terms aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the online marketplace and users when using internet related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by the Meihall Korean online marketplace (hereinafter referred to as "mall") operated by D-View Korea (electronic trading operator).

Article 2 (Definition)

1. "Mall" refers to the hypothetical business premises set up by D-View Korea to provide goods or services to users, using computers and other information and communication devices for commodity or service transactions, as well as the meaning of the operators operating online malls.

2 "Users" refer to members and non members who access the Mall and receive services provided by the Mall in accordance with these terms.

3 "Members" refer to individuals who provide personal information to the "Mall" and register as members, as well as those who can continuously obtain "Mall" information and continue to use the services provided by the "Mall".

4 "Non member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the "Mall" without joining a member.

Article 3 (Explicitness, Explanation, and Modification of Terms, etc.)

1. The "Mall" will publish the content of this clause, as well as the names of each other and representatives, the address of the business location (including the address that can handle consumer complaints), phone number, parent company transfer number, email address, business license number, telecommunications sales declaration number, personal information protection responsible person, etc. on the initial service screen (front) of the "Mall". However, the content of the terms can be viewed through a connected screen.

Before the user agrees to the terms, the "Mall" should provide a separate connection or pop-up window to facilitate the user's understanding of important content specified in the terms, such as cancellation of orders, delivery responsibilities, refund conditions, etc., in order to seek user confirmation.

3 "Mall" can modify these terms without violating relevant laws such as the Consumer Protection Law on E-commerce, the Terms and Conditions Law, the Basic Law on Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Law, the Law on Promoting the Use of Information and Communication Networks, the Home Sales Law, the Consumer Protection Law, etc.

If the "mall" modifies the terms, the applicable date and reason for the modification will be notified on the initialization page of the mall together with the current terms, from 7 days before the applicable date to 7 days before the applicable date.

However, if any changes to the terms are detrimental to the user, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. In this case, the 'mall' will clearly compare the pre revised content with the revised content, making it easier for users to understand.

If the "Mall" modifies the terms, the revised terms only apply to contracts signed after the applicable date, while for contracts previously signed, the pre revised terms still apply. However, if the user who has signed the contract wishes to be bound by the revised terms and sends them to the "Mall" within the notice period of the revised terms in Article 3 and obtains the consent of the "Mall", the revised terms will apply.

The matters not specified in this clause and the interpretation of this clause shall comply with the Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Law, the Terms and Conditions Regulation Law, the Electronic Commerce and Other Consumer Protection Guidelines stipulated by the Fair Trade Commission, and relevant laws, regulations, or provisions.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

(1) The "Mall" engages in the following work:

Article 5 (Service Interruption)

1. In the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, malfunction, or communication interruption of computer and other information and communication equipment, the "Mall" can temporarily stop providing services.

2 "Mall" shall compensate users or third parties for any losses suffered due to the temporary suspension of services due to the reasons mentioned in Article 1. However, if the 'mall' proves that there was no intentional or negligent act, then this is not the case.

If the service cannot be provided due to business conversion, abandonment of business, or merger between enterprises, the "Mall" will notify the user in accordance with Article 8 and provide compensation to the consumer according to the conditions specified in the initial "Mall". However, if the "mall" does not notify the reward standards, etc., the mileage or points will be paid to the user in kind or cash corresponding to the monetary value in the "mall".

Article 6 (Member Registration)

After filling in the membership information according to the registration form specified by the "Mall", the user agrees to these terms and applies to become a member.

2 "Mall" will register as a member, unless Article 1 applies to users who apply to become members:

1. If the member applicant has previously lost their membership due to Article 7 (3) of this clause, but has obtained the membership of the "Mall" three years after losing their membership in Article 7 (3), then this shall not apply.

Article 8 (Notice to Members)

If the "Mall" sends a notice to members, they can agree with the "Mall" in advance and specify an email address.

Article 9 (Purchase Application): Users of the "Mall" shall apply for purchase on the "Mall" through the following or similar methods. Article 10 (Contract Establishment)

Article 12 (Receipt of Confirmation Notice, Change and Cancellation of Purchase Application)

(1) The "Mall" sends confirmation notifications to users when they have a purchase request.

2. Users who receive confirmation notifications may immediately request changes or cancellation of their purchase application if their intentions are inconsistent. If the "Mall" has any user requirements before shipment, they should immediately follow these requirements. However, if the payment has already been made, the provisions of Article 15 regarding revocation of subscription shall be followed.

Article 13 (Supply of Goods, etc.)

1. The "Mall" has no other commitment to users and the supply time of the goods. It takes necessary measures such as order making and packaging to deliver the goods within 7 days from the date of user subscription. However, if the "Mall" has received all or part of the payment, it will take action within two working days from the date of receiving all or part of the payment. At this point, the "mall" will take appropriate measures to ensure that users understand the supply process and progress of products, etc.

For the products purchased by users, the "mall" will explain the transportation method, the delivery cost bearers of each method, and the delivery deadline of each method. If the "mall" exceeds the promised delivery deadline, the user should be compensated for any losses caused as a result. However, if the 'mall' proves that there was no intentional or negligent act, then this is not the case.

Article 14 (Refund)

"Mall" refers to the situation where a user requests to purchase goods that cannot be delivered or provided due to shortages or other reasons. If they receive payment or other entertainment in advance, they will be refunded or necessary refund measures will be taken within two working days after receiving the payment.

Article 15 (Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.)

(1) Users who sign contracts for purchasing goods and other items with the "Mall" may withdraw their subscription within 7 days from the date of receiving the confirmation notice.

If the goods have been delivered, the user is not allowed to return or exchange the goods, provided that:

1. If the goods are lost or damaged due to reasons responsible to the user (however, if the goods are damaged due to inspection of the goods or other contents, the order can be cancelled)

2. Significant decrease in value of goods caused by user use or partial consumption

3. The value of the item has significantly decreased, making it difficult to resell over time

4. If it is possible to replicate through products with the same performance, then if the packaging (3) of the original (such as the product) is damaged, please refer to the section

In items 2 to 4 of Article 2, if the "mall" is located in a location that consumers can easily know in advance, or if measures such as providing trial products are not taken, the user's cancellation of the order is not restricted.

If the user disregards the provisions of Article 1 and Article 2, and the content of the goods and other content is different from the display or advertising content, or the performance is different from the contract content, they may cancel the order within 3 months from the date of receiving the goods, or within 30 days from the date of not knowing or knowing.

Article 16 (Effect of Cancellation of Subscription and Other Matters)

When the "Mall" receives the return of goods and other items from the user, it shall return the paid payment for the goods and other items within 3 working days. In this case, if the "mall" delays returning goods to the user, etc., the delay interest shall be paid, multiplied by the delay interest rate determined and notified by the Fair Trade Commission.

When refunding the above-mentioned fees, if the user pays for the goods or other expenses through credit card or electronic currency payment methods, the operator who provides the payment method will be required to immediately stop or cancel the claim for the goods and other expenses.

In the event of revocation of subscription, the user shall bear the expenses required for returning the supplied goods. Mall will not require users to pay liquidated damages or damages on the grounds of revoking orders. However, if the content of the goods is different from the display or advertising content, or the performance method is different from the contract content, resulting in a cancellation of the contract, the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the "Mall".

If the user bears the shipping cost when providing the goods, the "mall" will clearly indicate who will bear these costs when canceling the order, so that the user can understand more easily.

Article 17 (Personal Information Protection)

When collecting user information, the "Mall" collects the minimum information required to fulfill the purchase contract. The following are mandatory items, while others are optional:

(2) When collecting personally identifiable personal information from users, a 'mall' must obtain their consent.

Without the consent of the user, the provided personal information shall not be used for non purpose or provided to third parties, and full responsibility shall be borne for this. However, except in the following cases:

1. Provide the carrier with the minimum user information required for delivery (name, address, phone number)

2. Providing certain individuals for statistical, academic, or market research purposes, but not identifying them

3. When it is necessary to settle the payment for goods and other transactions

4. To prevent theft, if it is necessary to confirm oneself

5. If the law or legal requirements have unavoidable reasons (4)“

The "Mall" must obtain your consent in accordance with Article 2 and Article 3, and should explain or notify in advance the provisions of Article 22 (2) of the Law on the Promotion of the Use of Information and Communication Networks, such as the identity of a personal information protection officer (affiliation, name and phone number, other contact information), the purpose and purpose of information collection and use, and related matters related to providing information to third parties (provider, purpose and content of information provided).

You can request to view and correct personal information owned by "Mall" at any time, and "Mall" is obligated to take necessary measures immediately. If the user requests correction of an error, the Mall will not use personal information until the error is corrected.

In order to protect personal information, the "Mall" will limit the number of administrators and bear any damage caused by the loss, theft, leakage, or tampering of user personal information (including credit cards, bank accounts, etc.).

When a third party receives personal information from the "Mall" or its personal information, they will immediately destroy the personal information upon achieving the purpose of collecting or providing personal information.
