Our MiWhole Korea is basically operated under a membership system.

Product ordering method

The method of ordering goods from our MiWhole Korea can be roughly divided into 6 steps.

If it is a non member order, please record the order number and authorization number in step 6 (during card payment).

*However, if you are a member, it will be automatically saved, so you do not need to manage it.

Order confirmation and real-time shipment query system

If you have never placed an order in Korea, you can check the actual order processing method through order/shipment confirmation. On the membership page, click Confirm Order/Ship.

If you are a member, simply enter your ID and password, or if you are not a member, simply enter the email you entered when ordering. You must accurately enter the name you entered when ordering so that we can verify your name.

Currently, delivery is using Hanjin Express service. This service allows you to track the location of products in real-time by tracking them.

• Secure payment system

Our Mihoon Korea offers two payment methods: passbook free deposit and credit card.

Passbook free deposits are made directly from PC banking, online banking, telephone banking, or the nearest bank. Credit card payments are made using KG Enisis electronic payment, so there is no need to worry about security issues,

Delivery deadline and delivery method

If you place an order through a deposit without a passbook, it will be within 2-3 days from the date of your deposit and from the date of your credit card purchase (if you make the purchase). Depending on the product you ordered, the delivery time may vary slightly.

When ordering, please fully grasp the expected delivery date (3 days or more), and we will do our best to ship on the date you choose.

We adhere to the principle of Hanjin express delivery service and the method of delivering the purchased goods. The transportation method may vary depending on the product type.

• Cancel orders, exchanges, and refunds

Refunded South Korea complies with laws designed to protect consumers.

If you have not yet cancelled the order, you can cancel it yourself. If you need to cancel your reservation after making payment, please contact Kakao Channel [Divyo Korea].

For deposits without a passbook, if you do not transfer within the specified time, the order will be automatically cancelled. If the buyer is willing, you can cancel directly from the internet. If you transfer, we will take a refund measure.

If you use a credit card for payment, we will cancel the authorization, but if you are unable to cancel the authorization, we will make a remittance to you.

When returning, please note down your order number, order holder's name, contact information, and reason for the return so that we can process it faster.
